The weekend begins with an intimate flamenco gathering in the loft space of the James Simon Sculpture Studio. Flamenco Pittsburgh’s Artistic Director, Carolina Loyola-Garcia, will introduce the improvisational nature of flamenco and the dynamic relationship between singer, guitarist, and dancer. The evening will feature performances by renowned flamenco artists Marija Temo and Alex Jordan.
